1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tapwin online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through tapwin.one (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the tapwin Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By completing the tapwin registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any game or feature on the Platform, or making a deposit, you confirm that:

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the tapwin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tapwin, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the tapwin Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

tapwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the tapwin Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. tapwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the tapwin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tapwin employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with such accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tapwin is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. tapwin will not process withdrawals until identity verification has been satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tapwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tapwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify tapwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using the tapwin Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tapwin Platform:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud tapwin or other players, including the use of software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Money Laundering: Using the tapwin Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your tapwin account;
• Abuse of Promotions: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bets in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose or in violation of applicable bonus terms;
• Impersonation: Impersonating any other person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward tapwin staff or other players;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to tapwin's systems, servers, or databases.

tapwin reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this Section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tapwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya (Philippine e-wallets);
• Bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank;
• Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts.

tapwin does not accept credit card deposits or any form of cryptocurrency, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and applicable law.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the tapwin Platform is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). tapwin reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to players.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. tapwin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but tapwin endeavors to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.

5.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into tapwin accounts are held in accounts segregated from tapwin's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player funds in the event of tapwin's insolvency, in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

tapwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all tapwin promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• tapwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed;
• Players who abuse bonus offers or engage in bonus exploitation strategies may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended;
• tapwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time;
• In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7. Games, Fair Play & Random Number Generation

tapwin offers a range of online gaming products including live casino games, slot games, bingo, and fishing arcade games. All games available on the tapwin Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

tapwin does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any game once it has commenced. All game results are final once confirmed by the game system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, tapwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any stakes wagered.

8. Responsible Gaming

tapwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the tapwin Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tapwin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond tapwin's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions.

tapwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tapwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by tapwin

tapwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tapwin reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform;
• Created multiple accounts in violation of Section 3.2;
• Failed to meet age or eligibility requirements;
• Engaged in conduct that tapwin reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your tapwin account at any time by contacting tapwin customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the tapwin Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 11, 13, and 15 — shall continue to apply after termination.

13. Disputes & Complaints

tapwin is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the tapwin Platform, you should follow the process below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to tapwin customer support in writing, providing full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. tapwin will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 – Internal Review: tapwin will conduct a thorough internal review of your complaint and provide a written response within 14 business days. Complex cases may require additional time, in which case tapwin will notify you of the expected resolution timeline.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with tapwin's response, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

All disputes regarding game outcomes shall be resolved by reference to tapwin's server logs, which shall be considered the definitive record of all game activity. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on your device and tapwin's server logs, the server logs shall prevail.

14. Amendments to These Terms

tapwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When tapwin makes material changes to these Terms, tapwin will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tapwin Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

tapwin operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
